Role of the BCOSSA Technical Review Committee

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) is a subcommittee of BCOSSA. It is tasked with providing technical information and support to members of BCOSSA and stakeholders in the onsite sewerage system industry. This work is carried out in four main areas:

  • Developing and providing technical information, including work on revision of the BC Sewerage System Standard Practice Manual (SPM)
  • Providing technical support, including Technical Bulletins and interpretation of the SPM
  • Peer review of new technologies
  • Identifying research priorities and encouraging research

The TRC is composed of volunteers; if you are interested in helping out please contact us.
